child care facilities, for the non-profit CLARE
Foundation, (Santa Monica)
Studios for dance therapy
in Marina Del Rey
Lazaros also represented the building
owner during contract negotiations with Adidas.
Subsequently he supervised the tenant improvements for
the West Coast flagship Adidas store on the 3rd Street
Promenade in Santa Monica.
