In the past 20 years, Lazaros has designed dozens of
diverse projects, including residential buildings,
ranging from 12,000 square foot custom homes to 52-unit
apartment and condominium buildings, as well as numerous
mixed use, retail and medical projects. He is committed
to quality design work and expedient completion of every
project.
Lazaros is an expert in processing all types of building and
other permits with various government agencies. He has
obtained approvals from some of the strictest local
agencies, such as the City of Los Angeles Planning
Commission, the Los Angeles City Council and the Beverly
Hills City Council. Due to design excellence, all of his
projects were granted approval by the appropriate design
review agencies, including the Design Review Boards of
Westwood, Santa Monica, Pasadena, San Marino, Glendale,
Hidden Hills, Torrance, and the Mulholland Scenic
Corridor. |
